摘要
The ternary microparticulate retention and drainage aid system which comprised CPAM, bentonite and cationic starch (CS) was researched in OCC pulp. The results showed that the perfect dosages of CPAM, bentonite and CS were 0.09%, 0.25% and 0.6% respectively. Then the retention rate and freeness could arrive at 90.8% and 793.9mL respectively. The ternary retention and drainage aid system had better anti-cutting performance in OCC pulp. The retention and drainage efficacy in OCC pulp system was obvious when the pH value reached about 5. The drainage aid efficacy in the OCC pulp system was obvious when the dosage of aluminium sulfate was about 2%, and then the freeness reached 840ml. Compared with using CPAM/bentonite retention and drainage aid system, the physical performance of paper which was made by CS/CPAM/bentonite ternary retention and drainage aid system was better. The paper tensile index, tear index and folding endurance were raised by 20.7%, 16.7% and 33.3% respectively.
