Asymptotic stability and robustness for discrete-time singular systems with multiple time-delays

摘要：
This paper first proposes a asymptotic stability criterion for discrete-time singular systems with multiple time delays. The criterion is independent of delays and convenient for the application in the practice. The criterion is also extended to the systems with highly structured perturbations. An example was given to illustrate the application of the obtained result.
