摘要：

Ideological and political educators are the principal part of ideological and political education, playing a leading role in it, and psychological quality of the educators is a prerequisite for ideological and political education. Ideological and political educators have good psychological quality, which is meaningful to coordinate the relationship between the educatees and educators, to affect educatees and to improve the effect of ideological and political education. Optimizing the psychological quality is mainly for educators to consciously strengthen their cultivation of psychological quality, and to explore some effective ways to improve the psychological quality and meaning, according to their own characteristics.
