摘要：

The idea of creating wearable devices to enhance human information processing capabilities is very old. However, it was only recently that the IEEE Computer Society devoted much effort in this area. With the current researches on wearable devices, such devices are expected to become more commonplace and will consequently shape human personal habits and culture.
