摘要：
Spontaneous rupture of a true aneurysm of the deep profunda femoris artery (PFA) is a rare emergency situation in vascular surgery which can best be treated in cooperation between vascular surgeons and radiologists in a specialist unit for vascular diseases. In the case described the PFA was reconstructed with a PTFE graft in the third segment after immediate and precise radiological localization diagnostics, therefore preserving the peripheral vessels.
