摘要
We study the current fluctuation in normal metal/ferromagnetic insulator/high T-c superconductor junctions by calculating the shot noise for various transparencies of the junctions. The formation of zero energy state (ZES) at the interface influences the current fluctuation significantly. In the tunneling limit. the ratio of the noise power to current becomes 0 at zero voltage, when the ZES is formed at the interface. In the presence of a ferromagnetic insulator, the ratio deviates from 0 even for the tunneling limit. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
