Research on Adult Higher Education Development Path based on Agricultural Modernization

Agricultural development cannot follow past extensive management ways due to inadequate farmland. This paper first analyzes importance of agricultural modernization to agricultural development, the author finds that bottleneck of current agricultural production can only be solved by constantly improving agricultural modernization. The most principal foundation of agricultural modernization is to cultivate a group of highly educated and highly skilled agricultural operators, adult higher education is the main way to train better educated farmers under current situation of agricultural management. Based on existing problems and farmers' current needs, this paper takes adult higher education of Huazhong Agricultural University as an example, puts forward some suggestion on adult higher education improvement, providing references for personnel training of agricultural modernization.
