摘要：
For the problem of comparing the means of k populations with unequal population variances, a new procedure is developed for testing the equality of the means based on the concept of generalized p-values. A new generalized test variable is defined and we provide the upper bounds for the generalized p-value and the data-based power function based on this generalized variable, respectively.
