摘要：

The paper uses the model to analysis the welfare effect of the China-Japan free trade area, measures the China and Japan each total welfare and net welfare and each person's average net welfare from the China-Japan free trade area finds that the establishment of the China-Japan free trade area can promote China and Japan people's welfares, then points out that China and Japan each as the big country of East Asia region should make great effort to become the responsibility country for the future of the East Asia region, on the basis of the win to win mutual interest adopt various policies to active push the establishment of the China-Japan free trade area.
