摘要
In view of existing problems in the team construction of laboratory teachers, this paper introduces the professional quality requirements of laboratory teachers in colleges and universities. And then the vocational education of laboratory teachers is discussed. It is suggested that the vocational education should be began to do for young laboratory teachers. The related measures may include standardizing vocational accession, establishing training system, strengthening post appointment and assessment, and improving work incentives. In order to increase the career identity and happiness feeling of laboratory teachers, this paper also puts forward that combing personal development goal with school development goal, combing individual career management with organizational career management, these methods may contribute synergistically to the career development of laboratory teachers.
