The effect of spin-orbit interaction on the electron spin transport in inorganic semiconductors and the comparison of organic semiconductors

摘要
In theory, the influence of spin-orbit interaction on the electron spin transport in inorganic semiconductors was discussed, which was compared with that of organic semiconductors. Results reveal that the internal mechanism of spin precession in inorganic semiconductor is different from that of the organic semiconductor, while the influence of the spin-orbit interaction on the carrier spin transport is same.
