摘要：
The article presents the results of the studies of the features of alien macrophyte species invasions in the hydrographic network of the Middle Dnieper region. At present, these alien species have become a significant component of the overgrown zone in the aquatic ecosystems. Regional peculiarities of ecology, biotopic affiliation, and ecological coenotic strategy of alien species have been established.
