摘要:
The seabed response to the natural actions such as earthquake, wind and water wave is one of the challenging problems to marine geotechnical engineering. It is believed that seabed soil liquefaction is an important mechanism causing offshore structure foundation failure. To study the problems associated with seabed instability, a versatile constitutive model capable of describing the engineering properties of marine soils is essential. A non-associated plastic model within the general framework of the bounding surface plasticity is proposed and a computer program is developed for the model validation. The capability of this model is examined. A comparison of model predictions and test results is presented.
