摘要
Real estate marketing planning is a complex and comprehensive, systematic project. Combining the characteristics of private real estate enterprises in China, in the view of business point, this article analyzes the problems in the real estate marketing planning and presents targeted strategy recommendations. This article provides the reference of improving the planning of real estate marketing, enhancing core competitiveness of private enterprises and their sustainable development.
