摘要：

South Korea only after the war has gone through 30 years of the successful completion of the popularization of higher education and popularization of the task. And China is in the popularization of higher education into the phase of the urgent need to learn from the advanced experience of foreign countries. For this reason, this paper focuses on South Korea's history of the development of popularization of higher education and the development of higher education characteristics, combined with the actual situation in China to find some worth learning, with a view to the popularization of higher education in China's development benefits.
