EGShare: A platform of exchanging electronic official document and sharing information

Today, the application of information and communication technology (ICT) has achieved great development. Government informatization is one of the most vital parts of social and economic informatization. Because all kinds of actions of government affairs are taken mainly by exchanging electronic official document and sharing information it concerned, sharing electronic official document across government agencies, companies and citizen is crucial. The independence, heterogeneous and closed systems in government make sharing information and business process between systems impossible. In this paper, we build a platform to exchange electronic official document and share information across the agent of government, companies and citizens. All the government agents who participate can provide services to share resource. We set a data center to query and share information about e-document. We build a knowledge database in database to index query services in order to improve the efficiency and precision. To search service, we use DAML to add semantic to UDD1 At last, we implement the prototype of the infrastructure.
