摘要：
The paper provides supply, demand, and trade projections of fish at disaggregated level (species group) for India. AsiaFish model was employed. Producer core system for fish sector is estimated using the dual approach. The multistage budgeting framework with almost ideal demand system (AIDS) model is used for fish demand analysis based on consumer survey data. The Armington approach is used for the trade core. Under various scenarios of technological changes, the projections of fish supply, demand, and export by fish species groups are obtained for the year 2015. Conclusions are drawn for the overall welfare of various stakeholders.
