摘要
Short cut synthesis method was developed in order to find the best structure of heat integrated distillation system. It was applied to studying a process for recovery of six light products from multicomponent mixture. The method was demonstrated as a very effective one and led to the best heat integrated sequences. A computational simulation of the process and pinch analysis were used for thermodynamic optimization of energy consumption. The influence of depreciation cost on the total annual cost of the process was studied in distillation columns sequencing.
