Impart of home health care on health care costs and hospitalization frequency in patients with heart failure

摘要：
This study was undertaken to investigate the costs of delivering home health care services to patients with heart failure and the impact of these services on hospitalization frequency. Results suggest that referring patients with heart failure to home health care is costly and does not necessarily reduce hospitalization frequency.
