摘要
Artificial Intelligence (AI), robotics and related technologies have an enormous potential to generate opportunities for companies and benefits for citizens, although they also have a direct impact on our rights and freedoms. To such an extent do the new technologies affect the fundamental rights of citizens that we might wonder whether the transition from the time of rights to the time of robots has been consummated in practice. This article will analyze the keys to the main texts adopted by the institutions of the European Union that have been shaping the common normative framework for an ethics of AI
