摘要
In this paper we present a case study in which a tunnel is selected and all of their significant parameters are estimated. Then ground reaction curves for the tunnel are obtained for increasing levels of model complexity, starting from the elastic-perfectly plastic approach, following with a brittle model, and then by means of strain softening (strength weakening) models in which post failure parameters have been calculated according to new techniques. Strength weakening models include constant drop modulus ones, increasing drop modulus with confinement ones and finally a model including also confining stress and plastic strain dependent dilatancy. The effects of the standard support and reinforcement are assessed.
