摘要：
This paper introduces the theoretical background behind the development of CPV Videoweb, a video-based learning environment. Four areas that inform the theoretical background will be described in brief Reflective practitioner theory, Observation period as silent period in teacher education, Using video cases in teacher education, Cognitive-load theory the practical implications for the process of developing CPV Videoweb will be discussed.
