The Establishment and Analysis of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities Based on Ethics

The study attempted to carry on research for the morality and rationality of ideological and political education from the perspective of ethics with the help of research results of ethical discipline. Namely, it grasped the ideological and political education in a way of "value analysis" considering characteristics of ethics of ideological and political education as the research angle from macro level, focused on the rich and complex ethical relations and interests demand that implied in the various rules and technical level in the whole process of ideological and political education, and looked for the nature and characteristic of ethics that educational management itself contained. This paper set up analysis model of ideological and political education on the ethical horizon around the relationship between the ideological and political education and ethics, tried to put forward the establishment of system of the ideological and political education from the perspective of ethics with the aid of analysis model, and discussed the components of characteristics and requirements of ethics of the ideological and political education system in colleges and universities from the educational goal, subject, passenger elevator, contents and implementation means, ethical evaluation and ethical environment.
