摘要：
Results of last researches of the record characteristics of diode-laser pumped solid-state laser and physical properties of crystals for these lasers are discussed, Crystals possessing one optical axis and having strong polarization, dependence of physical properties, first of all, of absorption coefficient at the wavelength of a diode pump wave and emission cross sections at the wavelength of generation, permit one to use with maximum efficiency polarized radiation of a laser diode.
