In the March issue of In Practice, Peter Gripper recommended undertaking a thorough organisational and strategic review of a business to identify alternatives to making redundancies. Here, assuming that the business has already done this and is left with no other option, Nigel Lea explains legal and practical aspects of implementing redundancy.
