摘要：
The authors report a compact high performance polarisation-independent InP reflective arrayed waveguide multi-wavelength filter. With a die size of 1.2mm x 2.4mm, the 8 x 1.6nm channel filter operated in the 1.5 mu m fibre band with -20dB crosstalk, 4.9dB of on-chip loss, and no measurable polarisation sensitivity.
