摘要：
The present article describes the latest Italian criminal law reforms in regard to the so-called "safety package" law. The author introduces three sections of this law that correspond with criminal policy in present-day Italy: illegal immigration, sexual assault and stalking, and urban safety. At the same time, the new laws are reviewed in terms of their constitutionality. Finally, the author conducts a critical analysis of the concept of "safety" and its usage in criminal law.
