摘要
In the current digest we consider the results of up-to-date foreign studies of online psychotherapy, namely, cognitive-behavioral therapy. The efficacy of online-CBT in comparison to face-to-face therapy is discussed and the results of its use for different problems are listed. (Translated by Elena Mozhaeva).
