摘要：

Telecine concerns the equipments, processes and technology to convert motion picture film to digital video form, and reverse telecine is the technology that by removing 2:3 pulldown from telecined video sources to reconstruct the original 24fps film frames, in essence, both is the process of transferring the frame rate. In this paper, pulldown or pullup technology concerning telecine and reverse telecine was presented.
