Reliability prediction based on RBF neural network for tactical internet

摘要
Tactical internet is an important component of digital army tactics command control system. The reliability is one of its major performance parameters. First of all, a description method about the reliability evaluation of the tactical internet is given in this paper, and which reflects not only the non-reliable factors of the nodes and links but also the factors of the network topological structure. Secondly, on the basis of this description, a reliability prediction model and its algorithms are put forward based on RBF neural network for the tactical internet. This model can carry out the non-linear mapping relationship between the network topological structure, the degrees of nodes reliabilities, the degrees of links reliabilities and the degree of reliability of the network. At last, the results of simulation prove the effectiveness of the method in the reliability and the connectivity prediction for the tactical internet.
