摘要：
Studying on capital structures of real estate companies can help the government to regulate financial policy of the real estate industry. The author studies financial data of 30 Chinese listed real estate companies based on panel data model in this paper. Results show that the asset-liability ratio of real estate companies is influenced significantly by the company size, the actual tax burden level, profit ability, growth ability and asset collateral value;. Company ownership concentration cannot influence significantly the capital structures selection of real estate companies, nor can the actual tax burden level influence companies' bank loans rate significantly.
