摘要：

According to the present needs of the discipline construction of universities, this paper introduces a new proactive service mode of library. Using the new generation InCites (TM) platform, we analysis the development and existing problems of ESI of Jilin University, forecast the ESI potential discipline development of Jilin University to provide convincing theoretical support for the establishment of discipline planning and strategy of Jilin University, to drive the construction of "Double World-class", increase our academic influence and promote the international rankings.
