Promotion Strategy for College Students' Occupation Adaptability in the Big Data Era

Whether college students' occupation adaption has been enhanced or not is an important manifestation of the employment quality of colleges and universities, which has become an important task for the university employment work. Big data have a significant influence on college students' occupation adaptation and begin to become a driving force for educational reform, to promote the implementation of the flexible working system and to help to effectively evaluate the structure of College Students' Occupation Skills. This paper holds the view that in the big data era we should improve the education mode of universities and colleges, cultivate college students' data application, and eventually improve their occupation adaptability in the big data era by combining the school and the corporate culture.
