摘要：
Sports spirit is a source of power to carry out sports behavior. It is from the heart of human beings and is a kind of activism. Sports spirit, as a sense of sports consciousness, plays an important role in sports teaching activities. Independent and harmonious personality is the prerequisite and foundation of each man to participate in social activities. This paper mainly discusses the relationship between sports spirit and personality education, and explores the effective ways of cultivating sports spirit and personality education in college physical education.
