摘要：

It's a problem of important and practical meaning for Chinese enterprises to establish a scientific compensation incentive system of knowledge workers. This paper describes the compensation incentive problems of knowledge workers existing in Chinese enterprises, and points out the core of which is lacking of compensation incentive. Then it analyzes the status quo of Chinese enterprise knowledg employees incentive problems and its specific performance, based on this, puts forward the enterprise knowledge-based employees incentive measures and suggestions.
