摘要
Braided silk fibroin tubes, the basic material of tubular tissue engineering vascular scaffolds, were designed in this study. Based on the characteristics of braided fabrics, a nonlinear model was established for predicting the stress-strain relationship. This model was proved to have high predicting precision for the similar materials through fitting analysis of the tested values, which could provide theoretical foundation to design coating layers for braided silk fibroin tubes to prevent blood leakage.
