摘要：
Die Laparoskopie etablierte sich Anfang der 90 Jahre in der Urologie. Mit der ersten erfolgreich durchgefuhrten laparoskopischen Nephrektomie konnten Clayman et al bereits 1991 demonstrieren, dass sich diese Technik auch fur Eingriffe im oberen Retroperitoneum eignet. Inzwischen wird der minimal invasive Zugang fur zahlreiche weitere Indikationen an Niere und Nebenniere als Standardeingriff eingesetzt.
