摘要
A high-precision and dual-axis solar tracker device which can tracked the sun is designed; the device can drive the photovoltaic panels to rotate in dual freedom by worm and ball screw. The controller is composed by the host microcontroller, power conversion module, photosensitive resistance signal acquisition module and motor modules. The orientation of the sun is detected through the photosensitive resistance sensor, then two DC motors is controlled by SCM to drive the actuators, so the purposes of sun tracking automatically is realized. The tracking accuracy is higher, structure is simple, and cost is lower, the device can be used widely for many photovoltaic power systems which use photosensitive resistance sensors to detect the light.
