摘要：
Agriculture circular economy is a new type of agriculture economic model, which has been seen as the future trend of agriculture economy. Since western undeveloped region of China presents frail ecology and weak economy, agriculture circular economy has been proved to be the only way for sustainable development and to achieve coordinated urban and rural development. However, in practice, there are many problems lying in the development of agriculture circular economy in western undeveloped regions of China. Therefore, government intervention must take place.
