Supply Chain Risk Management for SMEs

Small and Medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) begin to develop supply chain as a response to the increasingly competitive market. Supply chain brings value to the enterprise and makes them more competitive but also increases the risk of supply chain enterprises. This paper explores the importance of supply chain risk management for SMEs and presents the existing challenges and needs to perform risk management. The main objective of this paper is to identify risk factors for SMEs in supply chain management and provide feasible methods that SMEs can take to minimize supply chain risk.
