摘要
Nowadays, hotel organizational alignment is viewed as a popular method in hospitality management, which is applied to many hotels' practice. This paper explores the information of the hotel organizational alignment that needs to be aligned with the service mission and the benefits of those identified factors aligned with the mission/vision statement. The research literature studied by the experts has made it increasingly clear that successful organizations have found many ways to ensure that their organizational missions are aligned both in terms of their fit with the external environment and in terms of their fit with all the factors internal to the organization. By analyzing information and some cases, this paper employs a new alignment measure that can assess the extent to which an organization's internal factors are in alignment with its service mission. Competitive market service, however, is a key in studying hotel organizational alignment, for which this paper applied competitive market service to researching hotel organizational alignment. Finally, some conclusions can be drawn.
