摘要
This paper presents the dedicated expert system for the computer-aided air force (aircraft) development planning. System's functioning, it's elements and their tasks were described. The knowledge acquisition occurred by interviews and expert reports' use. The experts reports were described including it's elements and their connections. The optimization method was formulated. The objective function coefficients and their limitations were determined from the information from the experts reports. The example of the system use was presented (depending on optimal or suboptimal results). Advantages and limitations of the system and the ways of rendering it more efficient were described as conclusions.
