摘要
This paper is focusing on the influence of BIM to the stakeholders' decision making for the Commercial Building Green Retrofit. Firstly, the paper discusses the range of retrofit and how its stage should be determined, then, shows the related stakeholders of each stage should be fixed too, finally, this paper discusses the advantage of the BIM technology which applied in the Commercial Building Green Retrofit, and bring forth of the conclusion that BIM technology can make the decision of Green Retrofit more scientific and reasonable.
