摘要
Domestic retailers are in a fierce competition environment with both a horizontal and vertical market competition. Using "Five Forces Model" put forward by Potter, the paper analyses the motive that retailers implement the private label strategy from two aspects of horizontal and vertical competitive environment, then discusses the competitive environment of private label product. finally the paper analyses the horizontal and vertical competition effects brought from private label product.
