摘要
Combined with a small inline 4 cylinder, direct injection, turbocharged, electronically controlled high pressure common rail diesel engine, the experimental study of thirteen different operating points of common rail pressure and injection timing parameters influence on NOx emission of diesel engine, and analyzes the mechanism and injection parameters of rail pressure, injection advance angle to improve the emission of diesel engine NOx. The results showed that: NOx emission value increases with the rail pressure basically showed a gradually increasing trend, with the increase of fuel injection advance angle is increased, and the rail pressure influence on NOx emission value is less than the effect of fuel injection advance angle; fuel injection advance angle should be chosen in the 8 degrees-10 degrees, 1200 bar, rail pressure is about appropriate; only change the fuel injection parameters of rail pressure and injection advance angle is difficult to realize the full condition of NOx emission standard.
