摘要
It is very difficult to mine coal in thin and medium-thick steeply inclined seams under complicated geological conditions. Adoption of the dip-oblique mining method in Guangwang Coal Mining Administration improves safety and economics in this conditions. The paper describes the typical dip-oblique longwall method along strike, the face layout and selection of main parameters, observations on strata control and other aspects of this type of operation.
