摘要
Catalytic combustion technology is environmentally friendly energy utilization. Compared with ordinary flame, Catalytic combustion has some advantages, such as lower Light-off temperature, less energy consumption, stable combustion, and higher purification efficiency. Then the catalyst used in catalytic combustion is analyzed. Noble metal catalyst is an excellent oxidation catalyst, but with poor heat resistance, active ingredient easy sintering in high temperature, and expensive price that also seriously restricted its application. Hexaaluminates exhibit a high degree of thermal stability and significant catalytic activity for the methane combustion, but with higher ignition temperature and poor low temperature activity that are both difficult problems need to be studied. Perovskite-type oxide catalysts with high specific surface area and exhibited nanostructure are important means of improving catalytic activity for methane combustion, becoming the research hotspot gradually.
