We construct Logistic regression model analysis based on the field research on 1,367 farmers of rural communities in Shandong province, finding that there are some key factors such as farmers' self-interests, cognitive of participation in community construction, participation channels affecting farmers' willingness to construct the communities. In addition, satisfaction of the following factors as the open supervision on community affairs, social network relationship, community development status, family economic situation, open situation of community affairs, as well as the types of farmers' part-time jobs and gender are also among the key factors. To improve farmers' participation in the construction of rural communities, must take all these influencing factors into consideration on the basis of the actual situation of the communities.
