摘要
Diabetes mellitus has become a major public health in developed and developing countries. Exercises therapy is an important method in treatment type II diabetes mellitus. Domestic and foreign researchers have done a large number of studies in patients with type II diabetes mellitus for exercise prescription. We conducted a review of literatures identified from the MEDLINE, EMBASE and CMB from 1990 until 2010. And all the literatures were comparing different exercise intensity and different exercise type on the efficacy of Type II diabetes mellitus. We analysis the curative effect of different exercise exercise intensity and type in exercise prescription on type II diabetes mellitus. The results showed that if patients with type II diabetes mellitus can withstand in the situation, the high-intensity exercise is helpful in obtains a better curative effect. Resistance training is better than endurance training in treating type II diabetes mellitus. The results of this study provide the scientific basis for exercise prescription for type II diabetes.
