The Analysis of the Big Five and Employee Development: the Mediator Effect of Leader Member Exchange

摘要
This paper researches the mechanisms of the Big Five and employee development, survey data were collected from 275 employees of 6 firms. Results showed that agreeableness, conscientiousness and openness, three different factors of the Big Five, positively correlated with employee development; neuroticism was negatively related to employee development; LMX fully mediated the relationship between them.
